1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 444kb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the 444kb platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of 444kb.
444kb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account on 444kb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies without exception to all players, regardless of location within Bangladesh.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 444kb or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 444kb, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
444kb reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any pending balance held pending resolution.
3Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on 444kb. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the device or payment method used, are prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to your account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
- You must notify 444kb support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your 444kb account — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure.
- Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at 444kb's discretion, with advance notice provided via the registered contact details.
444kb may close or suspend any account at any time if it reasonably believes that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 444kb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local and international payment methods. The following terms govern all transactions:
Deposits
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your 444kb balance depending on the issuing institution.
- 444kb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.
- Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 444kb compliance team.
- 444kb reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings derived entirely from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified per promotion.
444kb does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees, for which 444kb accepts no responsibility.
5Bonuses & Promotions
444kb offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers (including promotions linked to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may not claim the same bonus offer more than once, whether through the same account or multiple accounts.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- 444kb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from a player's account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game or games specified in the promotion terms only. Free spins expire at the time stated in the relevant promotion, typically within 7 days of issuance.
- No bonus may be used in conjunction with any arbitrage strategy, low-risk betting system, or any approach designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
444kb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a player and funds credited, the terms of that promotion will apply as published at the time of acceptance.
6Responsible Gaming
444kb is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform enforces a minimum age of 21 and provides a full suite of player-protection tools. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without requiring justification:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can fund your account).
- Session time limits and loss limits that automatically pause your session when a threshold is reached.
- Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) to allow reflection without permanently closing your account.
- Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited closure of your account) for players who feel that gambling is no longer a form of entertainment for them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 444kb. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any bets placed during a known or obvious technical error may be voided.
- Using the platform for any activity associated with money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activities. 444kb cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigating any such activity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with 444kb.
- Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate the outcome of live casino games, or engage in match-fixing in relation to any sports betting market offered on 444kb.
444kb's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final. Where funds are forfeited following a finding of prohibited conduct, no compensation will be payable.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the 444kb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 444kb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of 444kb.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 444kb platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 444kb. Unauthorised use of any 444kb intellectual property may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444kb and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 444kb platform, even if 444kb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
444kb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn during that same period.
10Privacy & Data
444kb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 444kb uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to stored personal data. 444kb will not sell your personal data to third parties. 11Amendments to These Terms
444kb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 444kb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on file — which may include an on-platform notification, an email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the 444kb website — at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of 444kb after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or their breach, termination, or invalidity, shall first be referred to 444kb's customer support team for informal resolution. 444kb commits to responding to any formal complaint within 10 business days.
Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through appropriate legal channels. 444kb expressly disclaims any obligation to participate in binding arbitration proceedings unless required by applicable law.
